Unfolding

I want to say something about a certain hierarchy of reality. I don’t know if there is some conventional term for it. Schematically, it is (very imprecisely) like this:

unity1godsmyths → ideas2 → souls → humans → words

I may have switched the order of some terms, and some of them are ambiguous (for example, “god” can mean both something that comes before or after what is called a “myth”). But at the beginning, things are simpler, purer, harder to see, cleaner. They become gradually more complex, richer, dirtier, physical.

instead: (1) from simpler to more complex. (2) from pure to unclean (link lispector quote maybe). blasphemy? taking something and making it worse. then, (3) from infinite to richer; need each number to have infinity.

(2) i want to ask something … (ex.: art:) i worry about …

(3) unfold

  1. I.e. “the One”? Everything-as-one, undifferentiated infinity, simple reality.
  2. Roughly in the Platonic sense, or something nearby; or possibly nous.
